8. Where do we store your personal information?

We currently store personal information on servers located in Québec. However, because we use third-party service providers, this information may be stored in other provinces, states, or countries. In the latter case, we may transfer and store personal information in countries other than your country of residence, where personal information protection rules may differ.

If your personal information is processed outside your country of residence, it is subject to the laws of the country, province, or state in which it is located and may be disclosed to governments, courts, law enforcement agencies, or regulatory bodies in that other country, province, or state.
